Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund within 7 days. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided at the time of the return request.

Return Policy
Eligible products may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, visit the “My Orders” or “Track Order” section on our website, or contact us at support@happycraft.in or +91 73030 47430.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund Calculation
Refunds will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the product. Any price changes after purchase will not affect the refund amount.
Return Shipping
If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers are required to ship the product back at their own expense to the address mentioned on the return label. Please include your order number and contact details inside the package.
Replacement Policy
Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, replacement or refund may be denied.
Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for the same item or another product of equal value. If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid in advance.
Manual Returns
In cases where reverse pickup is not available and the customer ships the product independently, a voucher of Rs. 100 may be issued after quality inspection of the returned product.
