Once we have your return, we’ll start the online refund process within 7 days.
If you’ve had a change of heart and want to cancel your order that has not been shipped. You can do so by visiting the “My Orders” or “Track Order” sections on our website. Or you can shoot us a message at help@happycraft.in, or give us a call on our hotline at +91 73030 47430
Guess what? You can return specific products within 3 days from the day they landed on your doorstep. Just head over to the “My Orders” or “Track Order” section on our website to kickstart the return process. Alternatively, you can mail us at support@happycraft.in or give us a ring at +91 73030 47430.
Here’s the catch: The product you’re sending back should be in its original packaging and in the same condition the way it arrived. We’re all about keeping things spiffy!
Getting your money back is easy. We’ll calculate your refund based on what you paid for the product. And don’t worry, any price changes after that won’t affect your refund. It’s simple and clear!
Our reverse pickup magic is a work still in progress, so return shipping charges are to be borne by you.
Pop your item(s) in the mail and send them to the address mentioned on the label.
Don’t forget to include your order number and contact number for a smooth return process!
We’re all set to send you a shiny new replacement. But here’s the deal:
– Your item(s) should be clean and still have that new item smell.
– Keep those tags on the packaging.
You’ve got 3 days from when we first sent it to you to send it back.
But wait for it: If what you send back isn’t in tip-top shape or the tags are missing, sorry, but no replacement and no refund. Let’s keep it fun and fabulous!

For prepaid orders, we’ll send your refund back to the original payment source. If you paid with cash on delivery (COD), we’ll refund it to the account details you provided when requesting a refund.
In cases where reverse pick-up isn’t an option, you can send the items back to Happy Craft yourself. If you do that, we’ll give you a voucher for Rs. 100 after we’ve checked the quality of all the returned items.
Sure thing! Within 7 days, you can exchange your item for either the same thing or something else that’s equally awesome.
But here’s the twist: If the new item costs more than what you originally got, you’ll need to pay the difference upfront. Let’s keep the exchange game rolling!
